You will own the paid-media P&L for a portfolio of brands — strategy, execution, and weekly optimisation against a KPI framework.

What you will do

  • Plan and run paid social, search, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Build measurement frameworks and report outcomes, not vanity metrics.
  • Mentor a small pod of specialists.

What we look for

  • 4+ years hands-on performance marketing.
  • Fluency with attribution, CRO, and budget pacing.
